Weekend Training Seminars Seminars will be held May through September on a farm near Lena, Wisconsin. Seminars are put on by pro trainer, Larry Hennessey. These seminars are one hundred percent hands on - where the owners work their dogs on live birds. Both flushers and pointers are welcome. For the flushers, the seminar covers quartering in the field, finding and flushing birds, introduction to the gun and retrieving, how to steady your dog to wing and shot and table work. For the pointer breeds, the seminar will cover the whoa post and how to use it, finding and pointing birds in the field, control, hunting within gun range as well as table work. These seminars will also cover the right way and wrong way to use e-collars. Seminars will run $150.00 per weekend, birds included.
