Welcome! Larry Hennessey, owner of Whispering Pines Springers, has sixteen years of experience training springers, pointers and retrievers. During this time, he has also bred and raised springers. In 1999, Larry began handling springers in field trials, placing two puppies in puppy stakes - one at just twelve months old. He has also handled English springer spaniels in AKC hunt tests, achieving senior titles on two and a master title on one. Larry has written a training article that was published in Gun Dog magazine and has also been featured in an article about Welsh springer spaniels in Spaniel Journal.
